shipment.
Australian Orders are sent using a registered and insured courier service.
All products are sent direct from our distribution centre using only the
best and most reliable carriers.
No refunds will be honored for shipping costs, unless 6boards
is solely responsible for a shipping error.

Once your order is complete you will receive a shipping
confirmation email. This email will provide you with a tracking
number per the shipper.
6Boards ship directly to capital cities around the world.
Additional postage fees will apply if postage to a rural
area is required.
6boards take no responsibility for any customs, fees, taxes
or duties assessed by your country.
All products purchased from 6boards have a manufacturer's
warranty. Each manufacturer offers a warranty against manufacturer's
defect.
All warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser.

6boards allows in store and on-line returns and exchanges
as follows:

Credit card returns
must be arranged within 7 days of receipt of
goods. |

Returns
for exchange or store credit must be made within
30 days of receipt of goods. |

Any product returned
for credit, exchange or store credit must be
accompanied by original receipt and must be
in original sellable condition with tags attached.

Customer is responsible
for all return shipping costs. |

Upon inspection
of returned product, 6boards, at its discretion,
will issue a full or partial refund to the credit
card used for the purchase less the original
shipping charges. All returned items that were
shipped with the free shipping promotion will
be credited less the actual shipping costs.

The customer pays
the price difference and new shipping costs
on exchanged merchandise. |

Sorry,
no returns or exchanges on sale items or discounted

Lost or missing shipments must be reported to 6boards within
5 business days of the expected delivery date. If the shipping
company used shows the lost or missing package as delivered,
you will need to sign an affidavit attesting that the package
was indeed not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing
shipments are the responsibility of the customer. 6boards
will not assume liability for unreported missing or lost
shipments.
If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping
please call or e-mail us immediately. It is important that
you do not discard packaging. The shipping company will
pick up the damaged package and the original packaging for
inspection. 6boards will send out a replacement when the
damaged item is received and inspected at our warehouse.
All damage claims must be reported within 5 business days
of receipt of goods. Any claims reported after 5 business
days are subject to denial.
6boards reserves the right to alter prices at anytime before or after order is made. 6boards are also under no obligation to fulfil any orders made, even if order confirmation has been sent. |
